At DiamondArtStore, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Product must be in resellable condition

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom diamond painting kits
  • Mystery boxes
  • Final sale or promotional items

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed
  • Once processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled
  • You may still return the item after delivery

Custom orders:

  • Can be cancelled within 2 hours
  • After that, they are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

We will cover return shipping if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong item

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via our Contact Us page
  • Include your order number and reason for return

We will provide instructions for your return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing

Used Items

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Packaging has been opened
  • Diamonds or accessories have been used
  • Items are damaged or not in original condition

Refused Deliveries

Refusing a package does not count as a return.
Please send items back using a trackable shipping service to ensure your refund is processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
