At DiamondArtStore, we are committed to delivering your diamond painting kits quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review the details below to understand how we process and ship your order.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • During peak seasons (sales, holidays, new releases), processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $65 USD
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.90 USD for orders under $65

Shipping promotions (if any) will be displayed at checkout.


Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • SF Express
  • FedEx

The carrier used depends on your location and package details.


Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships
  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not update in real time
  • It’s normal for packages to remain “in transit” for several days during shipping

Shipping Delays

While we dispatch orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High carrier demand (especially during holidays)
  • Transportation or logistics issues

Once a package is with the carrier, we are unable to expedite delivery.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or Missing Packages

We recommend shipping to a secure location to avoid lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, etc.)
  2. Ask neighbors or household members
  3. Wait 1–2 business days (some carriers mark early delivery)
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly

Important:
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, including cases of theft.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.


Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe there is a delivery error, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
